Timescales are estimates and begin from the date of order confirmation, not from the date the order form is submitted. Actual delivery may vary due to courier and seasonal factors.
Pay when it arrives - no advance payment
Once your order is confirmed by phone, we prepare your pack and hand it to our courier partner. A tracking number is provided when available.
When the courier arrives at your address, you pay by cash or card - whichever is more convenient. There is no need to have exact change; most couriers accept card payment.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or arrange a collection point.

1. Contact us
Email or call within 14 calendar days of receiving your pack to let us know you wish to return it.
2. Send it back
We'll provide return instructions. Packs must be unopened. Return postage is at the buyer's cost unless the product is faulty.
3. Receive refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned pack, your refund is processed within 14 days.
